So many delicious looking recipes in this movie snack cookbook. I have tried quite a few of the recipes in this book, but since there are so many I have not tried every one of the recipes. All the ones I have tried, my family and I have enjoyed. I have been doing the Keto lifestyle for a while now and this cookbook contains quite a few new recipes that I have never come across before and I am happy to have these in my recipes collection whenever my husband and I are feeling snacky.

The recipes in this book included a lot of me and my family’s favorite snacks. We like more savory crunchy snacks vs sweet snacks when we are watching a movie or on the go. So we were happy to see how many savory snacks there are in this book. The popcorn made out of cheese was one thing I was not so sure would work, but it actually turns out super yummy. My kids loved the bagel bites and the popcorn chicken the most. Everything I have made so far has also been super easy to make with items that can usually be found in my pantry.

I have always struggled only eating 3 meals per day when starting keto. I have always been so used to snacking and having lots of mini meals throughout the day. So I am very happy and excited to have this book on hand to make snacks when I am craving between meals. I am still cautious about how much I eat because it all adds up. But grateful I can at least satisfy my snacking needs between meals.

Overall satisfied with what I have made out of this ebook. I highly recommend you give these recipes a try if you like to have a snack when watching movies or between meals. I didn’t snack at all on my keto plan before purchasing this book so I have nothing to compare these snacks too, but I do love that I can have a snack every once in a while now and not feel guilty or break off my plan.
